# Data Deletion Instructions

Achiya Automation operates official Meta integrations — WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook and Instagram — on behalf of business clients.
This page explains what data we store, how to request its deletion, and how long the process takes.

## 1. What data we store

Acting on behalf of the business you contacted, we process the following data:

- Phone number, display name and profile picture as they appear on your WhatsApp / Facebook / Instagram account
- The content of messages sent and received on that channel, including files, images and voice notes
- Technical conversation identifiers (message ID, conversation ID, timestamps, delivery status)
- Fields the business chose to attach to the conversation — for example tags, ticket status, or details you submitted in a form

We do not collect data for our own purposes and we never sell data to third parties. We act solely as a data processor;
the data controller is the business you contacted.

## 2. How to request deletion

Anyone may request deletion of their data, unconditionally and free of charge. Choose whichever channel suits you:

- **Email:** write to info@achiya-automation.com with the subject "Data deletion request"
- **WhatsApp:** send the words "delete my data" on the channel you used
- **Phone:** +972-50-419-7060

So that we can locate the record, please include the phone number or username you used and the name of the business you contacted.
We do not require a copy of an ID document or any other identity paperwork.

## 3. What gets deleted, and when

- We acknowledge receipt of the request **within 72 hours**
- Deletion from all production systems is completed **within 30 days** of the request
- Deletion covers the conversation history, all files and media, and the contact record in the conversation management system
- Encrypted backups are purged on the next backup rotation, and no later than **90 days**
- A written confirmation is sent once the process is complete

**One exception:** data we are legally required to retain — for example accounting records of a transaction that actually took place —
is kept for the period prescribed by law and is not used for any other purpose.

## 4. Revoking app permissions

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to one of our integrations, you can disconnect it directly from your Meta settings,
without contacting us:

- Go to Facebook Settings → **Apps and Websites**
- Find the Achiya Automation app in the list
- Click **Remove**, and tick the option to delete posts and activity created through the app

Revoking permission stops all future access to your data. To also erase what has already been stored, send a deletion request as described above.

## 5. Requests sent to the business

Because we process the data on behalf of the business, any request that reaches us is handled by us and also reported to the relevant business.
If you approached the business directly and your request was not handled, contact us and the deletion will be carried out regardless.
