## What we build with n8n

### Complex API integrations

CRMs, invoicing, sheets, e-commerce, WhatsApp — including systems without official n8n nodes,
connected through custom HTTP nodes and webhooks with proper error handling.

### Zapier / Make migrations

Rebuild your existing scenarios in self-hosted n8n and stop paying per task.
Parallel-run window, documentation, and a clean cut-over when everything is verified.

### Full self-hosted setups

Server, HTTPS, backups, monitoring and updates — including Queue Mode for high-volume workloads.
Data location and any external processors are documented for the selected integrations.

## Pricing

### Hourly — $100–$150/hr

Workflow builds and fixes, single integrations, debugging, performance work and migrations of individual scenarios.

### Fixed-scope project — $5K–$15K

Full automation systems: self-hosted setup, multiple connected workflows, WhatsApp/CRM integrations, testing, documentation and handover.

### Ongoing operation — low monthly fee

Hosting, backups, updates and monitoring on your VPS or ours. Server and third-party costs are estimated from the agreed architecture; no fixed savings are assumed.
