The technician speaks. The report writes itself and files itself.
A reporting system for a leak-detection company: the technician sends a recording, text and photos from the field to a WhatsApp group — and the system transcribes, drafts a professional job report, generates a designed PDF and saves it in Drive in a neatly named folder. It supports several open jobs in parallel for the same technician.
The report gets written at night Recording → designed report
- A leak-detection technician finishes a job — but isn't done yet: a report is needed
- Drafting each report by hand — half an hour or more after a full workday
- Every technician phrases it differently — no consistency toward the insurance companies
- Photos from the field scattered across the gallery, unlinked to any job
- The technician sends a recording/text/photos to the WhatsApp group
- AI transcribes, drafts a professional report and generates a designed PDF
- The report is saved in Drive in a tidy folder per job
- "End report" — and the finished report comes back to the group
Here's how it works inside

Free-form report → AI drafting → PDF in Drive
The technician reports however is convenient: a voice recording (transcribed automatically), free text or photos. The AI identifies which job each report belongs to, drafts a professional job report in proper Hebrew — arrival status, detection, repair, closure — and on the "end report" command generates a designed PDF, saves it in Drive in a folder named after the job and sends it back to the group.
