• A 30-day free support period begins from the moment the product goes live, and includes minor adjustments and fine-tuning based on actual usage

Intellectual Property

All code, content, and design created as part of the project remain your property after full payment. The tools and libraries used for development remain the property of Achiya Automation or third-party providers.

Additional changes, new features, or fixes unrelated to our servers will be charged on an hourly basis.

Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation of a project after work has begun may result in charges for work performed up to the cancellation date. Changes in project requirements may affect the price and timeline.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website with the update date.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent courts in Israel.
