😫 The Challenge
The phone rings all day long. The receptionist spends most of her time answering the same questions: "How much does a treatment cost?" and "How do I get to your clinic?" A patient wants to book an appointment at 10pm — but the clinic is closed, so they go to a competitor. And there's another problem: people simply forget they have an appointment and don't show up.
💡 What I Built
Bot answers for you — patient writes on WhatsApp "I want to book an appointment," the bot shows available slots and schedules it
Automatic reminders — the day before the appointment, the bot sends a message: "Reminder: you have an appointment tomorrow at 2:00 PM"
Answers FAQs — "How much does it cost?", "Where are you located?", "What are your hours?" — the bot answers immediately
Synced to your calendar — everything updates automatically in Google Calendar, all visible in one place
🎉 The Result
The receptionist no longer needs to answer repetitive questions — significant time saved.
Patients can book appointments even at 11pm, because the bot never sleeps.
Automatic reminders significantly reduced no-shows.
Bottom line: Less repetitive work, more clients, fewer no-shows.
Sales Management System — Aluminum Company
End-of-month Excel nightmares for commission calculations? The system does it all automatically
😫 The Challenge
Management needed to know which sales reps were performing well and which weren't.
They needed to calculate how much commission to pay each rep at the end of the month — without spending hours on Excel.
And they wanted to know what was happening in calls with clients — but who has time to listen to 100 calls?
That's exactly what was going on here.
💡 What I Built
I built a complete system with 3 parts:
📞 Part 1: Call recorder that understands what was said
The system automatically records every sales rep's call
Recordings are transcribed to text — now you can read instead of listen
AI writes a short summary: "Client wanted X, rep offered Y, deal closed for $Z"
Everything saved in Airtable — the recording, the transcript, and the summary
💰 Part 2: Manages all deals
Every closed deal enters the system automatically with all the details
The system calculates VAT automatically — no mental math needed
See at any moment how much a client has paid and how much they still owe
Automatic commission calculation — the system calculates how much each employee should receive, no errors
📊 Part 3: Management dashboard — see who's performing
See how many calls each rep made this month
AI rates each call — was the rep professional? Was the client satisfied?
Leaderboard — who's the top rep? Who needs help?
End-of-month summary — how much to pay each employee, who's in first place, how many deals each one closed

The manager sees everything in one place — which reps are performing, which aren't, what was said in calls.
End of month, they instantly know how much to pay each employee. No more giant spreadsheets with errors.
Each rep sees where they stand compared to others — it motivates them to do better.

Lead Automation — Real Estate Company
Lead filled out a form? The system responds within a minute, before they go to a competitor
😫 The Challenge
They were spending money on Facebook ads. A lead fills out a form — but the agents are busy in a meeting. By the time someone sees the new lead and reaches out, 3-4 hours have passed. The lead isn't answering anymore — because they already contacted a competitor who responded faster. Money down the drain.
💡 What I Built
Connected to Facebook — the moment someone fills out a form, the system catches it immediately
Response within 60 seconds — the lead gets a WhatsApp message: "We received your inquiry, we'll be in touch soon"
Auto-enters Monday CRM — all lead details update in Monday automatically, no manual copying needed
Agents get real-time alerts — email and notification: "New lead came in, call them now"
🎉 The Result
Response time dropped from hours to under one minute!
Every lead gets an immediate response — before they even have time to contact a competitor.
Significant improvement in conversion rate — because leads who get a fast response are more likely to close.

Telegram Bot — AliExpress Affiliate Marketing
People ask for product recommendations? The bot answers and earns a commission on every purchase
😫 The Challenge
There's a way to earn money from people buying on AliExpress — it's called "affiliate marketing."
Someone asks "find me good headphones," you send a link, the customer buys — and you get a commission.
But the problem: searching for products, writing descriptions, creating links — it takes a huge amount of time.
The client wanted it to be fully automatic.
💡 What I Built
Built a Telegram bot — someone writes "Bluetooth headphones" and the bot responds
The bot automatically searches AliExpress for the best product (by ratings and reviews)
AI writes an engaging description: "Amazing headphones with 5 stars! Fast shipping!"
The bot sends image + description + link — if the customer buys through the link, the client earns a commission
🎉 The Result
The client earns passive income from the bot!
People get tailored product recommendations and buy through the affiliate links.
The bot works 24/7 — even at 3am someone can ask and the bot answers.
The entire process is automatic — search, AI description, affiliate link, and delivery.
Bottom line: Passive income that runs on its own, with zero daily effort from the client.
Donation Automation for a Non-Profit
Manually copying every receipt from Green Invoice? The system does it automatically
😫 The Challenge
A non-profit receiving many donations — that's great!
But there's a problem: every donation that comes in through Green Invoice, someone has to manually copy into Monday.
Donor name, amount, date, attach the receipt... it takes hours every day.
And there are errors — sometimes someone forgets to record it, sometimes they copy the wrong amount.
💡 What I Built
Connected Green Invoice to Monday — when a new receipt comes in, the system detects it immediately
Automatically creates a new item in Monday within seconds
Fills in all fields — donor name, amount donated, date, payment method
Attaches the original receipt automatically — if you ever need the document, it's already there
🎉 The Result
All donations update automatically. Zero manual work.
The team saves many hours per month that used to go to copying data.
No more errors — everything is accurate and automatic.
No donation "falls through the cracks" — everything is documented.
Bottom line: Less tedious work, more time for the organization's actual mission.
RFQ Automation — Aircraft Spare Parts
Sending price requests to 20 suppliers takes all day? The system does it in minutes
😫 The Challenge
A company that sells aircraft spare parts. Every day employees do the same tedious thing:
Take a part number and quantity → check each supplier's website for availability → email each supplier "give me a price quote" → track who replied and who didn't → copy everything into the system.
This takes many hours every day, with plenty of errors (wrong part number, forgot to email a supplier).
💡 What I Built
The system automatically checks all suppliers (20+) for who has the part in stock
Validates that supplier emails are still active (sometimes suppliers change their email without telling you)
Sends emails to 20+ suppliers simultaneously: "Part number X, quantity Y, please send a quote"
Tracks who replied and who didn't — and sends reminders to those who haven't responded
Every quote that comes back enters the system automatically — no manual copying
🎉 The Result
Employees save many hours every day!
Instead of sending emails manually, the system contacts all suppliers with one click.
No more errors copying part numbers — everything is automatic and accurate.
You can see exactly which suppliers respond quickly and which offer the best prices.

Syncing Two Systems — Monday & Affinity
Working with two systems and copying data between them? The system syncs everything automatically
😫 The Challenge
A business using two systems: Monday (for project management) and Affinity (CRM for managing client relationships).
Every time a company moves to "Rejected" status in Monday, someone has to manually check:
"Wait, does this company also exist on 3 other Monday boards? Is it rejected on all of them?"
And only after checking everywhere — then they update Affinity.
It's confusing, takes a lot of time, and errors happen.
💡 What I Built
The system detects when something changes in Monday — for example, moving to rejected
Automatically checks: "Is this company also rejected on all other boards?"
Only if the answer is "yes" — then the system updates Affinity
If there are special conditions ("if the company is in status X in Affinity, don't change it") — the system knows
When a company exits the partnership pipeline — the system sends them an automated email
🎉 The Result
The client saves many hours every week!
The system handles all the complex checks on its own — checks all boards, validates conditions, updates only when needed.
No more errors — like accidentally emailing a company that shouldn't receive one.
Everything is automatically synced between both systems.
