Achiya's Bot is a WhatsApp bot for businesses. It answers from a script we write together, or from your business documents: price list, hours, policy. It books appointments and captures leads. When something goes beyond the script, it hands over to a person, with the whole conversation. The system is hosted by Achiya, with maintenance and security for a monthly fee.
This is how it starts. You send the word "demo". The bot introduces itself and offers a sector: clinic, real estate, restaurant or other. We pick clinic, and from here the bot plays the demo clinic's bot: welcome, how can I help? Book an appointment, ask about a treatment, or talk to an agent.
We tap "book an appointment". The bot offers three open slots. We pick Tuesday. It asks for a name and phone, confirms: Tuesday, 16:00, reminder the day before. That is how the appointment lands in your calendar. This is not staged. You can have the same conversation right now: send the word "demo" to 050-537-7060.
Behind the bubbles, four things happened. The bot understood what the customer wanted. Checked open slots. Wrote to the calendar. Sent a confirmation. The owner got an internal note with name, phone and the request. And if the customer asked something outside the script? The bot would say it is handing over to a person, and the chat would open on your side with the full history.
How much does it cost? Not by package, but by what the bot has to do. A bot that answers questions, with AI that understands free language: from 3,500 ILS, by its size.
