The AI agent — the conversation itself

Every message from the customer comes in through Chatwoot and reaches an AI agent with conversation memory in Postgres. The agent knows which step of the script the customer is on, replies accordingly — including sending a video and a link at the right moment — and records every bit of progress in a sheet. If a human rep joins the conversation, the bot detects it and stops replying.

The follow-up — no customer is forgotten

Every 15 minutes, within the 8:00–22:00 window, the flow checks who hasn't replied for two hours or more. Before sending, it makes sure a human rep hasn't taken the conversation — and only then sends a single, politely worded reminder. The message is logged, and the customer won't get repeated spam.
