Business Automation Companies in Israel 2026: Who Does What
Who builds business automation in Israel, and what does it cost? The 2026 market splits into five provider types: CRM implementers (such as AutoMotion), boutique automation studios (such as TrigX and Achiya Automation), subscription platforms (₪79–2,500/month, about $23–730), independent developers (₪3,500–8,000, about $1,000–2,300) and large agencies (₪15,000–50,000, about $4,300–14,500). The real difference between them is not price — it is ownership. With some providers the system is yours; with others you rent it forever. This guide names the players, says what each actually does, and gives the price ranges.
TL;DR - Quick Summary
- CRM implementers (AutoMotion and similar): deploy Monday / Fireberry / Zoho plus automations inside that system. Right when the CRM is the center of the business
- Automation studios (TrigX, Achiya Automation): custom cross-system processes. ₪1,200–12,000 one-time (about $350–3,500)
- Subscription platforms: ₪79–299/month basic, up to ₪1,000–2,500/month for an AI agent — fast to start, no ownership
- Freelancers: ₪3,500–8,000 — cheapest route to an owned build; ask who maintains it in a year
- Large agencies: ₪15,000–50,000 — sensible for enterprises, almost always too much for a 5-person business
- The decision that matters is the 24-month total, not the monthly price
Why automation companies are so hard to compare
Because almost none of them publish a price list. Most sites in this space — including excellent companies — end at “talk to us.” That is not an accident: every automation project genuinely differs, and public pricing demands a transparency the market has not yet adopted. The result is that a business owner handed a ₪6,500 quote has no idea whether it is expensive, cheap or absurd, because there is nothing to compare it against.
This guide exists to close that gap. Its numbers come from three sources: what the companies themselves publish on their own sites (checked August 2026), the list prices of the subscription platforms, and the ranges we at Achiya Automation actually charge — yes, we are a vendor in this market, which is why we also wrote when not to choose us.
The five provider types — by name
1. CRM and systems implementers — AutoMotion
AutoMotion is a good example of the first type: a company whose core specialty is deploying CRM systems — their site lists implementations of Monday, Fireberry, Powerlink, Zoho, HubSpot, Origami, Salesforce, Pipedrive and ZenDesk — with automations, integrations, IP telephony and chatbot specification built around that.
Who it fits: a business whose central pain is customer management itself — no CRM at all, or one nobody actually uses. A good implementer will help you pick a system, deploy it, train the team, and the automations will live inside the system you chose.
What to watch: a CRM implementer’s automations are usually built inside the platform (Monday automations, Zoho workflows). Replace the CRM tomorrow and the processes stay behind.
2. Boutique automation studios — TrigX and Achiya Automation
This is the type that builds processes between systems rather than inside one.
TrigX, led by Sapir Gruber, offers what their site calls a complete envelope: systems specification, automated financial management, custom scripting (Apps Script), cross-system integrations, dashboards, e-commerce store connections and a WhatsApp chatbot. They work mainly with Airtable, Monday and Origami. No public price list — pricing is per project.
The infrastructure a boutique studio works on is usually n8n, which defines itself in its official documentation this way:
“n8n is a fair-code licensed workflow automation tool that combines AI capabilities with business process automation.” — Official n8n documentation
That phrasing is exactly what separates the category: a fair-code license means the engine can be installed on your own server and held by you — unlike a subscription platform, where the engine stays with the vendor.
Achiya Automation (us): a studio specializing in automation around WhatsApp, including service and sales bots, CRM integrations, appointment scheduling, and invoicing. Projects can use open-source infrastructure such as n8n, WAHA, and Chatwoot, including deployment on client-managed infrastructure when that is part of the agreed scope. Data access, code handover, hosting, and exit terms are written into the proposal rather than implied. Pricing is per scope: a focused automation from ₪1,200 (about $350), a full project ₪3,500–12,000 one-time (about $1,000–3,500), and ₪100–300/month for ongoing operations. Those ranges are published in the pricing guide.
Who it fits: a small-to-mid business whose pain is the seams — a lead that arrives on WhatsApp and never reaches the CRM, an invoice retyped by hand after every deal, scheduling done by phone. For one client of ours, a family-run aluminum plant, the path from closing a deal to scheduling a surveyor dropped from a day or two of phone calls to 12 minutes — and the owners count roughly 14 working hours a week that came back to them.
3. Subscription platforms (SaaS)
You rent a ready-made bot or automation instead of building one. Israeli market list prices in 2026: ₪79–299/month for a basic menu bot, ₪300–999 with CRM connectors, and ₪1,000–2,500/month for an AI agent that understands free-form language. Fast to start and cheap in month one — but the bot, the processes and the data stay with the platform. The main players: Gambot (₪179–645/month, public price list), Glassix ($49–65 per user per month, enterprise-oriented), Botomati (free up to 500 messages/month) and WBsender — all compared line by line in our WhatsApp bot providers comparison.
⚠️ Watch for the cost that is not in the pricing table: the subscription covers the system, not the setup. Gambot, for instance, notes in its price list that development and customization run ₪555/hour + VAT and a consultation call ₪400 + VAT — separate from the subscription. Market setup fees range ₪500–1,500. Always ask for the first-year total.
4. Independent developers
A good freelancer will build a custom automation for ₪3,500–8,000 (about $1,000–2,300) — the cheapest route to an owned build. The critical question is not price but continuity: who fixes it when something breaks a year from now? Ask to see live projects a year or older, and agree a maintenance rate up front.
5. Large digital agencies
They charge ₪15,000–50,000 for comparable projects, usually as part of a broader marketing envelope. For a corporation with dozens of users and security requirements, that is reasonable. For a business with 5 employees it is almost always too much bot at too much money.
Between the extremes sit multi-service agencies aimed specifically at small and mid-sized businesses — for example Optimate, offering automation and integration, AI agents, chatbot development, dashboards and web development under one roof (pricing not published on the site). The upside is a single vendor for everything; the downside is that a wide basket usually means less depth in each area.

What business automation actually costs in 2026
If you extract one answer from all of this: a small business will pay between ₪1,200 (one focused automation) and ₪12,000 (a full owned system), or ₪79–2,500/month on the subscription track. The calculation that decides between the tracks is the 24-month cost. A basic ₪97/month subscription is ₪2,328 over two years — less than any custom build, and if a simple menu bot is enough for you, rent it. But an AI agent at ₪1,000–2,500/month compounds to ₪24,000–60,000 over two years, against roughly ₪15,600 for an equivalent owned build (for example a sales bot with AI that carries the customer through to closing). Break-even usually arrives between month 6 and month 12.
What almost always gets left out of the calculation: the cost of the messages themselves. On every track — subscription or owned build — business-initiated messages are billed directly by Meta, separately from your provider. The official WhatsApp Business Platform documentation states it explicitly:
“You are only charged when a template message is delivered. All non-template messages are free.” — Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform pricing documentation
In practice this means every reply your bot sends to a customer’s inquiry is free, and billing only starts when you initiate — a reminder, a broadcast or an update in an approved template. A provider who shows you a monthly price without breaking out that layer has not shown you the full cost.
Demand is no longer theoretical. McKinsey’s State of AI survey from November 2025 found that experimentation was more common than scaled deployment. The practical questions are what to build, who will maintain it, and which code, data, hosting, and exit terms appear in the contract.
When not to choose an automation studio
Honesty is worth more than one more badly-matched client, so plainly: if all you need is an organized CRM with reminders, an implementer will give you more. If you need a simple menu bot for 100 inquiries a month, a ₪97 subscription platform will do, and you should not pay us ten times that. And if you are a service center with 20 agents, you need an enterprise platform (CommBox or Glassix), not a studio — the difference between the types is detailed in our WhatsApp bot providers comparison, and if you are not yet sure a bot fits your business at all, the WhatsApp bot guide for business walks through the seven bot types and who each one suits. An automation studio pays off when you have several systems that do not talk to each other, real inquiry volume, and a desire to own the solution.
Our complete business automation guide also carries a list of 6 questions worth asking any provider before signing — including us.

Three questions to ask before signing — with any provider
Who owns the system? The bot, the processes, the conversation history, the WhatsApp number. If the answer is “the platform,” price in the day you leave right now.
What does it cost to exit? A subscription you can cancel but cannot export your data from is not really cancellable. Migration cost is the lock-in nobody mentions on signing day.
What is the total 24-month cost? Setup + subscription + messages + the CRM connector that “turns out to cost extra.” Every track looks cheap in month one.
The Israeli automation market is maturing fast, and price transparency is, we think, the next thing it owes its customers. We published our ranges — we would be glad to see more companies in this table do the same.
